is an international award-winning institute which was previously known as the Finestbakes Institute and was established on the 5th of May 2012.

SLICCA provides diplomas to masters in all culinary and confectionary courses and has passed out over 13900 students up to date ,further the vocational courses have commenced from the year 2023 in order to enhance the quality of education.

The reputed Institute is the pioneer in one day culinary workshops and online culinary education in Sri Lanka.

SLICCA is a TVEC approved educational center which provides TVEC accredited certification within the country and also has partnership with Wisteria campus USA, Skill Career Development Canada, American Academy of Project Management USA and University Pacific USA to award international recognition.
