What you will learn

This course includes making of 25 varieties of flavoured cakes , which includes cakes and cupcakes.

Students will master the skills of foam, buttery, chiffon types cakes with varieties of frosting such as Italian meringue, chocolate ganache, buttercream and whipped cream frostings
